Due to the nature of our research products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on orders that have been shipped and delivered correctly. By placing an order with KitPeps, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Refunds are only available in the following two circumstances:
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request a full refund by contacting us at support@kitpeps.com. Once an order has been dispatched to the carrier, it cannot be canceled or refunded under this provision.
If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, you are eligible for a refund or replacement subject to the following conditions:
