Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our research products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on orders that have been shipped and delivered correctly. By placing an order with KitPeps, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds are only available in the following two circumstances:

2a. Order Has Not Yet Shipped

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request a full refund by contacting us at support@kitpeps.com. Once an order has been dispatched to the carrier, it cannot be canceled or refunded under this provision.

2b. Wrong Product Received

If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, you are eligible for a refund or replacement subject to the following conditions:

• You must contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery to report the issue
• You must provide photographic evidence of the incorrect product received, including the product label and packaging
• The product must be unopened and in its original sealed condition
• We may require the incorrect product to be returned at our expense before issuing a refund or sending a replacement

Requests made after the 7-day window will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind or buyer's remorse after order has shipped
• Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
• Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
• Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
• Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing
• Orders where the customer was not available to receive the package

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under the eligible scenarios above:

• Email support@kitpeps.com with your order number and reason for the refund request
• For wrong product claims, include clear photos of the product received
• Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
