Shipping rates are flat-rate per order, regardless of order size or weight.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and customs processing for international orders. KitPeps is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through the carrier's website.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. KitPeps has no control over customs policies and cannot predict whether additional charges will apply.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. KitPeps is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipment of packages returned due to an incorrect address may incur additional shipping charges.
